BACILLI KOMBUCHA - COFFEE 330 ml - OPTIMISTIC

This kombucha is not just any other - in addition to whole leaves of Gunpowder organic green tea, we also add filtered Arabica coffee from Brazil to it. It therefore has particularly stimulating effects due to caffeine and a positive effect on digestion due to fermentation. We sweeten it with anything other than fruit juice and add a drop of lemon for an extra refreshing taste - and that's it.

Ingredients: green tea and coffee infusion (water, green tea*, arabica coffee*), concentrated apple juice*, lemon juice*, kombucha culture, carbon dioxide. *Product of organic farming.

Sediment is ok. Gently pasteurized.

Store at room temperature. Protect from sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3 days.

Minimum shelf life until: one year from the date of manufacture. Store in a dark and cool place.

About the Bacilli brand:

The Bacilli brand is from Optimistic. Amálie and David met in 2015. They were united by a passion for experiments in the kitchen and a plant-based diet. Since none of the store-bought plant-based milks were particularly suitable for them, they set out to produce their own, ideal drink in terms of composition and taste. When they discovered that they were not the only ones who would like to buy honest plant-based milk in domestic quality, they tried to offer it to others as well, and a year later they already sold the first pieces of almond Nemlék on Prague's Veggie embankment.

For similar reasons, some time later they also decided to establish two other brands - Yestea iced teas and Bacilli fermented delicacies. In 2020, Nemlěko changed its name to Optimistic due to the non-compliant labeling of food products. The name Nemléko remained only with our company.

The company believes that its products are always purely plant-based, with a clean composition - no harmful and unnecessary additives, no GMOs, real - without chemical flavorings, sweeteners and enhancers, and with ecological packaging.
