Detailed information

Product detailed description

Bio Matcha Tea Chef 50 g

Bio Matcha Tea is a Japanese green tea with many benefits. Contains vitamins A and C, fiber, protein or potassium. We find in it a natural equivalent of caffeine - tein - which supplies us with energy for 3-6 hours. In addition, matcha helps speed up burning by up to 40%, so you can afford to fudge and then burn excess fat much more efficiently during sports activities.

Matcha tea is also very well known for its specific umami taste, which will give your culinary creations an original taste experience. You can use it as an ingredient in baked cakes or other pastries, add it to creams, porridges, yoghurts, dips, soups or sauces, or as part of spices in meat dishes. There are no limits to imagination! In addition, green foods will easily get the attention of your diners.

WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO BIO MATCHA TEA CHEF HAVE?
As the name suggests, Bio Matcha Tea Chef is the holder of the Bio brand, which the Matcha Tea brand received in 2013 as the very first matcha in the Czech Republic. Since then, the Bio mark has been extended during annual inspections. We also hold a Certificate of Health Safety of the product issued by the State Institute of Public Health. The Japanese grower of this matcha also has quality certificates and the main ones include: JAS, OCIA, USDA, Bureau Veritas, ISO 9001, Kosheer and others.

WHERE IS BIO MATCHA TEA CHEF GROWING?
Tea is grown in Fukuoka, Japan.

IS BIO MATCHA TEA PERIODICALLY TESTED?
Yes, we test every batch imported into the Czech Republic. The tests take place at an independent workplace, are regularly published on our website and you can also request them by e-mail. Just enter the batch number, which can be found on the back of the package. Regular tests are a guarantee of quality, so if you are going to buy a match from another brand, be very careful when choosing it and pay particular attention to the country of origin. Powdered teas from China do not have the same properties as the real matcha from Japan. Ask the seller for current tests, which must always match the current batch of tea offered.

IS THIS TYPE OF MATCHA RECOMMENDED FOR DRINKING?
Bio Matcha Tea Chef is designed especially for cooking and baking. The tea comes from the third harvest and has a significantly bitter taste than our commonly sold Matcha Tea types. Therefore, we do not recommend it for drinking.

HOW TO STORE MATCHA TEA?
After each use, close each package very carefully and store it in a cool place where the tea is protected from light and heat (ideally in the fridge or freezer). The biggest enemies of matcha tea are light, air, and heat; it quickly destroys the color and taste of matcha, so carefully protect the open packaging from them.

WHAT IS THE DURABILITY OF THE PRODUCT?
The shelf life of Bio Matcha Tea Chef is 24 months.

DOES BIO MATCHA TEA CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS? ARE ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TEA CONSUMPTION?
No allergens are known for this product.

WHERE IS THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURED?
The origin of Bio Matcha Tea is in Japan and the packaging is performed by Kyosun s.r.o. here in the Czech Republic.
