WHY ARE MUSHROOMS SO CRISPY?
It's a combination of science and gourmet adventure! We first vacuum dry the selected mushrooms and okra, then put them in a vacuum chamber to gently fry them at a relatively low temperature (around 60℃) Our goal is a symphony of crispiness! Then comes vegan maltose to enhance the natural sweetness of the vegetables, and is then seasoned with a pinch of Himalayan salt for perfection.
