F. H. Prager | Prager's Kombucha yerba mate 330ml 

For special occasions, we’ve crafted a special flavor: roasted yerba maté, the South American holly known as Ilex paraguariensis. We use it in its roasted form to brew a rich tea infusion, which is then transformed through a unique fermentation process into a living, probiotic-packed beverage with a truly distinctive flavor.

This drink is also an excellent source of theine — a natural caffeine-like stimulant that may help increase focus and alertness. Fermentation plays a key role in its production, using kombucha cultures that support digestion and contribute to a healthy gut microbiome. Thanks to our artisanal production methods and gentle pasteurization, each 330 ml can delivers 33 million probiotic cultures — a rare quality among long-shelf-life kombuchas. These cultures may help promote digestive health and optimal intestinal function.

We use a unique fermentation method that produces significantly less acetic acid than many competing brands, resulting in a much smoother taste that’s more approachable for everyday consumers.
