We never use palm oil in our products. Palm oil is used everywhere in regular chocolate, but we do business with a conscience - that's why we don't go near it.

BETTER ETHICS
Sourcing chocolate can be a dubious affair. Doisy & Dam want to show that it can be done better. They want to be a company that leaves more behind than it takes in, which is why the brand has become a B-Corp.

QUALITY INGREDIENTS
Doisy & Dam source Fair Trade cocoa from suppliers ranging from Colombia to Ghana to Ecuador. They never compromise on the quality of their ingredients, from using cocoa certified by ICCO as 8% of the best in the world to making their own nut butters. Oh, yes.

NO PALM OIL
From animal habitat displacement and deforestation to problems with worker exploitation and child labor, the production and cultivation of palm oil can be extremely damaging to ecosystems around the world. That's why you won't find palm oil in our products. Nowhere. Ever.

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), peanut, sea salt caramel pieces (sugar, cocoa butter, rice starch, sea salt, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt. Cocoa solids: minimum 50%.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct exposure to heat and sunlight.
