All our chocolate is made from ethically sourced cocoa, with natural ingredients, and always palm oil and dairy free. Here at Doisy & Dam, we’re committed to making chocolate with ingredients we can be proud of and that’s good for the people and planet who make it possible. We believe in a better world, a world where farmers are paid fairly, deforestation due to palm oil is a thing of the past, and E numbers don’t belong in recipes. Sourcing chocolate can be a dubious affair. Doisy & Dam want to show that it can be done better. They want to be a company that leaves more behind than it takes in, which is why the brand has become a B-Corp.

QUALITY INGREDIENTS
Doisy & Dam source Fair Trade cocoa from suppliers ranging from Colombia to Ghana to Ecuador. They never compromise on the quality of their ingredients, from using cocoa certified by ICCO as 8% of the best in the world to making their own nut butters. Oh, yes.

NO PALM OIL
From animal habitat displacement and deforestation to problems with worker exploitation and child labor, the production and cultivation of palm oil can be extremely damaging to ecosystems around the world. That's why you won't find palm oil in our products. Nowhere. Ever.
